All you need to do is send your purchase back to us within 90 days of receiving it, for an exchange or refund. Returns are FREE for anyone returning items from within the UK, just use the prepaid Royal Mail postage label that comes in your parcel, and take it to your local post office, and request a certificate of posting. If your return parcel exceeds 610mm x 460mm x 460mm, or weighs more than 2kg, please contact us as your free postage label may not be eligible.
