We offer a limited-period ‘no quibble’ returns policy, so you can buy safe in the knowledge that you can return your goods for a refund, should you wish to do so. The period within which you can return your items is as follows: Wedding dresses: 14 days Overseas returns: 31 days Everything else: 21 days Please note that this does not apply to Oxfam Unwrapped gifts. Because these count as a donation rather than a purchase, under Charity Commission rules we are unable to offer you a refund.

Oxfam offers a standard UK delivery charge of £3.95 on all orders containing second-hand (donated) or Sourced by Oxfam items sent by Royal Mail, with the exception of wedding dresses and other high-value or bulky items, which incur a mandatory courier charge. If a courier charge applies to any item in the online shop, this will be clearly shown on the product page and in your basket. We offer optional free delivery on Oxfam Unwrapped gifts. Customers are given the opportunity to make a voluntary delivery contribution for items eligible for free delivery during the checkout process. Second-hand items (unless indicated otherwise) and Oxfam Unwrapped items (excluding little extras) can be delivered internationally, but please be aware that additional charges may apply.
