Online Gift Vouchers purchased online may only be redeemed for purchases online on paperchase.com and cannot be used on the Paperchase+ app or any other websites selling Paperchase products.
You cannot use an Online Gift Voucher to purchase another Online Gift Voucher.
The Online Gift Voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
Online Gift Voucher cannot be cancelled by the purchaser of the Online Gift Voucher once they have been redeemed in part or in full.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s online account and is not transferable. Your balance can be viewed at any time – login into your account here.
If the order exceeds the amount of the Online Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by credit card, debit card, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
To avoid disappointment, please make sure you redeem your Online Gift Voucher before the expiry date that appears on the voucher. Online Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Online Gift Vouchers expire two years from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Once the Online Gift Voucher has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances.
If you cancel any order using an Online Gift Voucher, your account will be credited with the amount redeemed. If you redeem your Online Gift Voucher in part payment for any item, you have the right to request a refund in respect of the amount you paid using credit or debit card. If you do not request a refund to your bank, your Paperchase account will be credited with the full amount paid.
Paperchase has the right to close customer accounts and request alternative payment methods if a fraudulently obtained Online Gift Voucher is used.
Paperchase reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Online Gift Voucher and refund the voucher at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Less
